No, unfortunately not. The work required to register you does not warrant for us to accept short-term registrations. Our experience also shows that it takes a specific period until the registration works to your advantage and for clients to start using your services via our website. It would be unfair to judge our service’s value based on a short-term registration and would deprive you of the benefits our website can offer you over the long term. For these reasons we decided to apply a registration period of 12 months (annual subscription).

You will be informed 1 (one) month in advance that your registration is due for renewal, allowing you ample time to decide whether you wish to renew your annual subscription.

A new payment of registration fees automatically renews the validity of the previously signed registration. Non-payment of registration fees automatically triggers the renunciation of your registration on this site and your contact details and personal web space will be automatically deleted.

Payments can be made by bank transfer (‘giro’) or via Stripe, Visa, Master Card. Our bank and Stripe accounts are mentioned during the payment procedure.

• The languages and fields of expertise in which you provide translations / interpretations;
• The type of services you offer; translation, interpretation, sworn translation / interpretation, audio / video transcription, editing, subtitling, voice-over, etc.;
• Your photo, logo and CV, according to the package of your choice. They will be uploaded on your individual pages and they are necessary for your advertisements on this directory;
• Your own website will be mentioned on your individual pages and in your additional advertising (if you selected the ‘Gold’ package) but only if it is secure (https: // .. instead of http: // …) and after having inserted links to your individual pages on this directory.
• Any information you consider representative and useful for your efficient advertising as a translator and interpreter.

No, you do not need to register individually. A group may register as such, but needs to mention their commercial / business name. The group will pay the same fees as the translation agencies, fees which will be higher than those for individual translators / interpreters.

All translators, interpreters and translation agencies registered on this site can have their advertising banner and their data mentioned in the advertising sections, according to the chosen package.
