The portion of our website that is accessible to all Site Users is designed to provide Visitors with a range of information concerning (i) the services we offer; (ii) conditions for registration, (iii) database of registered translators, interpreters, translation agencies and (iv) other materials concerning our services. Our website also provides ‘Registered Users’ with a gateway to the password-protected areas to which they have access, to advertise their services, and make online payments for our services.
1.2 By using our website, you explicitly declare that you agree with our Privacy Policy and you agree to us collecting and processing your personal data according to the methods and principles described in this “Privacy Policy”.
1.3 The website https://translator-translation.net is the property of “Traductoris.com” firm, duly represented by Ms. Cornelia RADU, MSc ME. “Traductoris.com” works in collaboration with “Smart Ibérica”, having its head office in 41018 Seville, Spain, VAT: ES F900656418, herein after referred to as the “COMPANY”.
1.4 The Company is committed to maintaining the privacy of information that you might share with us while visiting our website and interacting with us online. In order to access the Registration section of our website (for translators/interpreters/translation agencies/service providers – Registered Users) and make use of our services on the password-protected areas of our Site, we require that you provide certain information, such as (i) name; (ii) surname; (iii) gender; (iv) country and (v) e-mail address. The registration process for certain portions of the Site may require a Registered User to provide additional Personal Information, as specified in the registration process. We use the information provided by a Registered User during the registration process to provide him or her with a username and a password, and to allow the Registered User to gain access to password-protected areas of the Site, and to publish their personal information on the website, with their consent, for the Registered User’s advertising and marketing purposes, to the general public. Further detailed bellow you’ll find how we use the contact information which the Registered Users provide during their registration process.
3.2.2 E-mail communication. We use your e-mail address to send you alerts/newsletters, e-announcements and other communications concerning the website, the Company, our and third-party legal developments, notifications, and other information relating to our Site. In addition, we may use your e-mail address to invite you to seminars/briefings, or other functions we believe may be of interest to you. You have the ability to opt-out of receiving these materials, as provided in Section 8 (Removing Information; Opting-Out).
3.2.3 Information notices and bulletins. Periodically, we may choose to send news, bulletins, seminar and information announcements, and other information to General Visitors, and will use Personal Information to send such communications to Registered Users. If we choose to undertake such communications, you will have the ability to opt-out of receiving these communications as provided in Section 8 (Removing Information; Opting-Out).
3.2.4 Surveys. Periodically, we may initiate surveys on our website and we may request Personal Information from you in connection with such surveys. 3.3.5 This Privacy Policy cannot limit the rights that the Company could hold over individuals or legal entities related to on-going contracts or under any other legislation.
3.3.6 Each time you use our Website Services we will automatically collect the following information:
a) Technical information, including the type of mobile device you use, a unique device identifier (for example, mobile network information, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser you use, device token, device type, time zone setting (“Device Information”);
b) Details of your use of our Website Services including, but not limited to traffic data, weblogs and other communication data, and the resources that you access (“Log Information”) ;
c) Location information, if the Website Services uses GPS technology to determine your current location. 3.4.3 For requests made under 3.4.1 we will accept one single request per year and per person. The information we hold about you or a notice specifying that we do not hold it, will be sent to you free of charge, within one month upon your request.

4. Anonymous Information

5. Any information linked with your personal information is protected as “Personal Information”

7. Disclosures to third parties

8. Removing information; Opting-out
8.1 Opt-Out. If we send electronic communications, we will also provide you with the ability to opt-out of receiving further such communications. Instructions for opting-out will be provided either with the communication itself, or in a prominent location on our website. You will not be allowed to opt-out of formal notices concerning operation of this website, and legal and other related notices concerning your relationship to the Site and the services provided to you by your request.
8.2 Deleting Information Provided Via Our Site. Upon your request we will remove from our databases the Personal Information you provided to us in connection with your use of this Site. 9. Processing, Storage and Transfer of Personal Data
9.1 We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is processed fairly and lawfully, in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, other applicable laws and this Policy. By submitting your Personal Data (including Log, Device and / or Demographic Information), you agree to such transfer, storing or processing in order for the Company to provide you with our entire range of services (in person and online) including our affiliates’ services (if any) including but not limited to responding to enquiries you raise via email or Website Services, and maintaining contacts for future informational or promotional activities. Unless otherwise notified, the Company does not ordinarily engage in automated decision making when processing your Personal Data
9.2 You agree that we have the right to transfer the Personal Data described in this Policy to and from, and process and store it in France and (where applicable or required) with processors in other countries, some of which may have less protective privacy laws than those where you reside.
